Terms of Reference
- To provide recommendations and reports to the Council on the acquisition, disposal, development and management of the Association’s properties and logistics
- To provide oversight of the Association’s properties and logistics
- To monitor the Association’s properties and property-related contracts which shall be taken to include (but shall not be limited to) leases, building contracts and property-related professional advice
- To review and monitor the policies, plans, and procedures in place regarding the acquisition disposal, development and management of the properties of the Association
- To consider such other matters as may be requested by the Council
