Terms of Reference

• To guide IBAG on the formulation of bye-laws and help interpret all legal issues confronting the Association
• To advise on the impact of insurance and other non-insurance legislation on IBAG’s operations
• To sensitise Members on compliance with the Constitution, Code of Conduct, and the regulations of the National Insurance Commission.
