Insurance industry stakeholders from across Ghana and beyond have converged at the Rock City Hotel for the 11th Annual Conference and Exhibition of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana (IBAG).
The event brought together key players in the insurance and financial sectors, including the Minister for Finance, Cassiel Ato Baah Forson, Acting Commissioner of Insurance Abiba Zakariah, and Nigerian insurance expert Mazi Chloke Nwafor, who delivered the keynote address.
Also in attendance were representatives from major industry bodies such as the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIG), Ghana Insurers Association (GIA), Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters of Ghana (CILAG), Women in Insurance Ghana (WING), and the West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA), alongside executives from insurance, broking, and reinsurance firms.
Opening the conference, the President of IBAG, Stephen Kwarten Yeboah, described the gathering as a celebration of the Association’s growth, resilience, and unity over the years.
