TERMS OF REFERENCE

  1. To come out with ways through which Member firms can digitalize their operations.
  2. To come out with ways through which Member firms can have a very effective social media presence in order to increase their virtual visibility.
  3. To come up with ways through which these can be done cost-effectively.
  4. To recommend to member firms modern-day best practices in Insurance Broking to enable them to modernize their operations.
  5. To come out with how the IBAG Secretariat can upscale its social media presence and increase the traffic that comes to the Secretariat’s platforms.
